For the last 20+ years, Matthew M. Fehling has dedicated his career to ensuring BBB remains a relevant and trusted source. Prior to joining BBB serving the Pacific Southwest (formerly the Greater Arizona BBB) in 2004 as Executive Vice President and being appointed to President/CEO in 2006, Matthew served in several roles across the country including with the Council of Better Business Bureaus (CBBB). Leading the largest BBB in the country, his voice is heard on a national level while serving on the CBBB Board of Directors. Matthew is a board member for Coyotes Charities and is past president of the Valley of the Sun Kiwanis Club. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Virginia Commonwealth University’s School of Mass Communications.

 

Kimberly Roland is the Director of Entrepreneur Programs for Better Business Bureau serving the Pacific Southwest (BBB). She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Humanistic Studies from Saint Mary’s College, Notre Dame and her Master of Arts in Social Justice and Human Rights with a Certificate in Nonprofit Leadership Management from Arizona State University.


Kimberly is responsible for the design and implementation of entrepreneur programming at BBB, including the development of new services for both accredited businesses and small business startups. Prior to joining the BBB, she served as the Manager of Partner Relations in Entrepreneurship + Innovation at ASU where she managed programs and external partnerships in the greater business and startup community.


Kimberly also serves on the Greater Phoenix Chamber Valley Young Professional Board of Directors and Phoenix Suns Charities 88 Board in addition to being the City Organizer for the House of Genius Phoenix Chapter. She is a native Arizonan with a passion for serving and supporting local businesses. 

 

Rosaura ‘Rosie’ Carrillo Garcia is the Entrepreneur Program Coordinator at the Better Business Bureau serving the Pacific Southwest (BBB). She is currently working towards earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Accounting at Grand Canyon University's Honors College.  

Rosie joined BBB in 2018 as the Community Concierge Assistant and is transitioning into her role as Entrepreneur Program Coordinator, where she will be responsible for coordinating programming and logistics within ignite sparked by BBB, the first BBB branded coworking space in the United States. 

 

Tierra Jewel Terry is the Community Concierge for the Better Business Bureau Serving the Pacific Southwest (BBB). She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Grand Canyon University and is continuing her education at the same institution to receive a Master of Arts in Communications with an Emphasis in Education by October 2019. 

Tierra is responsible for managing the daily planning and logistics of the Business & Community Center as well as all internal and external events.
