What is the ignite address?
We are located at 1020 E. Missouri Ave. Phoenix, AZ 85014 (11th St. and Missouri Avenue).
What are your hours?
We are open to the public Monday through Friday 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. and closed on weekends and holidays to rekindle our flames.
Can I receive mail?
We currently do not offer virtual mail services. Only authorized, long term ignite partners are eligible to forward mail to ignite based upon prior authorization.
How much does ignite cost?
Drop in rates start at $10 per day for BBB Accredited Businesses.
Drop in monthly pass starts at $100 per month for BBB Accredited Businesses.
Dedicated desks are available on a limited basis and vary in pricing. Contact us for a tour and meeting to learn more.
Is there a special benefit for BBB Accredited Businesses?
YES! BBB Accredited Businesses may cowork in ignite sparked by BBB for free one day per month. After that, they will receive a preferential pricing for daily drop in and monthly passes.
Do I have to sign in?
We want you to feel welcomed and recognized every time you step foot in ignite sparked by BBB. As a result, we kindly ask that you please sign in at the front desk each time you arrive. If you are arriving to the BBB Business and Community Center for a meeting or event you may also sign in with the Community Concierge.
Can I bring a guest to cowork with me?
Yes, we would love for you to bring a colleague or friend. Due to the limited space and community standards we have set, we ask that all guests sign in and pay for the posted daily drop in rate if they will be coworking with you for the entire day.
What if I have a meeting in ignite? Will my guest be charged?
If you have a guest coming for a meeting in a reserved conference space and you are an igniter your guest is welcome to arrive 30 minutes prior to the meeting and stay up to 30 minutes after to cowork in a common drop in area. If they would like to stay and cowork longer they will need to pay for a daily drop pass. Additionally, you will need to accompany your guest at all times whether in a conference room or communal space.

Where can I park?
Daily igniters may park in the ignite sparked by BBB lot or find *legal* street parking on 11th St. directly in front of ignite sparked by BBB. Overflow parking is also available in any covered spot behind the Business and Community Center.
How can I take advantage of coworking for a cause?
If you are a 501c3 charitable organization in good standing with the BBB and are interested in participating in our free coworking drop in pass program, please reach out to us at ignite@bbbcommunity.org.
Do you have a policy for common areas?
Yes, we have a community standards document that covers general coworking etiquette and rules and regulations in ignite sparked by BBB. In general, we ask for respect of one another and one another’s property and other basic courtesies such as observing reasonable noise levels, avoiding eating strong smelling foods, and cleaning up after yourself. Please do not leave items unattended or sprawled out to reserve space. The only thing we want to ignite is your business, so please note we are a tobacco and smoke free campus.
